My approach to coaching is somewhat unique... I utilise a variety of science based techniques combining Mindset Coaching practices with Clinical Positive Psychology techniques to get results. 

This core program is delivered over 6 sessions + you will receive a workbook which follows a structured evidence based approach for increasing self-regulation and guides you in the direction of your goals, ultimately increasing your overall wellbeing.

session 1- Intro

We start Identifying your values and goals.

 We utilise a popular tool to guide you to evaluate and prioritise your different Life Domains and do some SMART goal-setting.

Session 2- Strengths

Your personal strengths will be identified.

In addition, we work on any obstacles or personal weaknesses that are holding you back. You will be equipped with valuable strength-spotting tools.

session 3- Behavioural change

The goals of the third session are to further clarify your strengths and we start  making concrete plans for behavioural change.

session 4- Obstacles and Coping

The goals of the fourth session are to monitor your progress towards achieving your goals and build on your coping skills.

 You will also be introduced to  Mindfulness as a powerful tool to help you develop a deeper awareness.

Session 5 - Positive Emotions

 In this session, we will assist you in experiencing more positive emotions leveraging core positive psychology tools such as gratitude.

Session 6 - Evaluation and the Future

The goal of this final session is to evaluate  and make concrete plans for your future.
